Brooklyn Shared Pathway Project
Kilmac Civil is at the forefront of the Brooklyn Shared Pathway project, a transformative endeavor aimed at creating a fully off-road shared pedestrian and cycleway along Brooklyn Road, spanning from 83-87 Brooklyn Road to Baden Powell Avenue. Our comprehensive scope of work includes the design and construction of a new pedestrian/cycleway bridge, kerb and gutter installations, drainage upgrades, road pavement resurfacing, line marking and signage implementation, and the installation of a wombat crossing.

Waterfall, Kiama and Dapto stations
The Greater Sydney heavy rail network is experiencing unprecedented growth, particularly on key lines like the T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra, T8 Airport & South, and South Coast Lines. To meet the evolving needs of commuters, vital
upgrade initiatives were undertaken at Waterfall, Dapto, and Kiama stations.
Kilmac Civil was entrusted by MTMS with critical works to ensure the successful completion of these upgrades. Our scope included the installation of precast columns, piers, headstocks, culverts, and base slabs for platform widening and extension. Additionally, we undertook the installation of platform finishes,
fencing, and steps, enhancing station functionality and accessibility.

Redfern Station
Novo Rail entrusted Kilmac Civil with the pivotal task of upgrading Ivy Lane, Little Eveleigh Street, and Lawson Street as part of the comprehensive Redfern Station Upgrade package. This project demanded meticulous planning, expert execution, and a steadfast commitment to quality and sustainability.
Working alongside a heritage-listed building and protecting existing street trees presented unique challenges. Our highly skilled operators navigated these obstacles with finesse,excavating around tree roots without causing any damage. Additionally, unexpected encounters with sandstone in the ground were seamlessly integrated into the project, with the reused material contributing to the aesthetic appeal and heritage integrity of the surroundings.

Croziers Road
Kilmac Civil was commissioned by the City of Shoalhaven Council to undertake critical infrastructure improvements at Croziers Lane. Our multifaceted project involved excavating the road, installing a temporary road plate, and constructing a robust sandstone retaining wall beneath the bridge to mitigate erosion risks and safeguard roadway integrity.

Northen Stations
The upgrade of Thornleigh and Normanhurst Station was delivered as part of the Transport Access Program (TAP03), an initiative to provide a better experience for public transport customers by delivering accessible, modern, secure and
integrated transport infrastructure across the state. This project presented a unique set of challenges and opportunities, and Kilmac Civil rose to the occasion with unwavering dedication and expertise in 2021.
Our main scope of works was the construction of the two lift shafts at each station as well as the upgrade of the surrounding amenities, upgrades to bus stops and services and the land & streetscaping. The finishing touch was the regrading of the existing station platform and the application of a fresh layer of asphalt.
